1. Waltz
Waltz is the best and easiest ballroom dance to start learning to dance. It develops an elegant body posture and balance, feelings of gravity and body flexibility.
In the modern world there are two versions of Waltz – these are International and American. Technique of both styles is similar, just American Style allows partners to move independently along the floor, changing position in relation to each other, which is beneficially to make bigger range and volume of body movement.
Once you learn Waltz, it becomes easier to learn following dances, as you’ll know how to train body for other styles as well.

2. Tango
American and International Tango are dramatic dances characterized by a low center of gravity and emphasized of contra body movement.
Learning Tango can bring many physical and mental benefits. It can help improve coordination, balance, and core strength. Dancing Tango can also help to reduce stress and anxiety. It is an enjoyable activity that can help to clear mind and focus on present moment.
The key to successful tango – a combination between stillness and fast move.

3. Viennese Waltz
The Viennese Waltz, same as above dances, has two styles: International and American.
International Viennese Waltz is a rotating dance where dancers are constantly turning right and left, time to time switching the direction of rotation. Faster music requires better technique and stamina to keep music tempo. A specific name “Viennese Waltz” appeared to distinguish it from the Slow Waltz.
In contrast to the International style, American Viennese Waltz has many solo turns and rotations, couple interactions such as overbalancing and equilibrium, ronde, waves and develope, – to participate in movement with whole body.

4. Foxtrot
Foxtrot dance provides a lot of flexibility and tone muscles and joints. It is a 4th dance for International style and the last dance for American styles.
Doing International Foxtrot partners stay together the entire time, which is much difficult to perform, but let you improve sensitivity and feeling a partner. Fast twists, spinning and gracefulness of progressive movement will require a lot of power, so it’s also a great combination to lose weight. Focusing on the movement in the Foxtrot to the music, we immediately get a great mood.
American Foxtrot is a bit faster than International Foxtrot and allows partners of dancing separately from each other, thus even more space around the floor.

5. Quickstep
The quickstep is one of the most popular ballroom dances. It’s a fast version of foxtrot. This dance will take a large portion of energy, filling the space on the dance floor with elegant swing, spins, and jumps.
The quickstep is a very attractive dance and often performing on dancing TV shows.

Latin dance section
1. Cha-cha
Cha-cha is a Cuban dance, – continuing to gain popularity in the world and in Asia in particular.
Rhythm of its basic movement is already syncopated, which forcing your energy to vibrate, providing a great cardio training. It’s a flirty and playful dance through which you can improve personal sensitivity, explore hip and pelvic movements, become more expressive and a solid dancer ultimately.

2. Samba
When you dance samba, your body is enriched with oxygen, which increases your energy level and focus. Samba improves your mobility (as you are keep moving hips side to side, back and forth). Samba stimulates cardio and tone the body, integrate muscle strength. And since it is related to your breathing, your heartbeat and pulse become healthier when you dance.
The best way to become a better dancer is to practice it regularly.

3. Rumba
Cuban Rumba is the most popular dance in Latin. It is characterized by fast footwork and hip pendulum, huge range of body movements, and emotional expressions. Cuban Rumba is a couple performance generally, but solo performance is also common.
Regular practice of rumba is an excellent formula to reduce stress and tension in the body, increase strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, burn calories.

4. Paso doble
Paso Doble or Double step in Spanish has choreographed setup and may take it as a bullfight story.

Paso Doble can still be danced socially, following by three highlights in the song, where partners should strongly be aware they match with music story. It is a great way to develop confidence and character on the dance floor.

5. Jive

American Smooth refers to Ballroom dance and having features and elements of other dance styles, such us Latin, Jazz, Ballet, and Flamenco. It offers 4 dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot and Viennese Waltz, a description of which you will find in Ballroom section, mentioned above. American Smooth gained wide popularity all over the world due to bright self-expression through a huge range of motions, varieties, and freedom of movement, carrying a technical aspects of ballroom dancing though.
Bachata "Ladies Style"/Couples
Bachata is a style of social dance from the Dominican Republic that is now danced worldwide. It’s got Latin music, Caribbean vibes, and Spanish sensuality. This dance combines tango, zouk, and merengue moves. In our lessons, you will learn how to recognize music, lead and follow, make musical accents and improvise, and play with music. Bachata is one of the most popular social dances today, and knowing the basics of the dance will make you look like a king or queen at the dance party. Bachata “Lady Style” is cat grace, sultry hip movements, a sense of rhythm, and graceful hand movements. This dance combines cheerful enthusiasm, female deceit, and sensual tenderness. It allows you to reveal your femininity, get rid of complexes, and feel beautiful, irresistible, and desirable. After all, a woman’s attractiveness originates from confidence in her beauty and sexuality. It’s all about changing your inner world, and your attitude toward yourself. Chinese Dance
Chinese Dance integrates the movements and shapes of traditional Chinese martial arts, acrobatics and operas, paying special attention to the role of the eyes in the performance, and has a unique Eastern aesthetic feeling of hardness and softness. Chinese classical dance mainly includes body rhyme, body style and technique. Benefits of learning Chinese style:

Hip-hop incorporates many dance elements from popping and breaking. Just like a big tree, generated through saplings, developing and regenerate branches – it gives a lot of possibilities to study.
K-Pop
K-Pop is a popular modern dance style that involves learning dance routines of famous Korean pop artists such as BTS, BLACKPINK, EXO, Stray Kids, and more. K-pop choreography includes many elements of modern dance styles, especially HipHop, Jazz Funk, House, Dancehall, Locking, etc.
K-pop is a combination of explosive stylish music and stylish dance, involves high energy, including fast and dynamic movements. K-pop is a group performance, where dancers perform synchronized movements in rows, which causing a spectacular performance.
K-pop includes accentuated gestures, facial expressions, and postures, highlight the features of a song’s lyrics, and convey emotions.
K-pop is unique and full of originality, fulfilled with non-standard movements, unusual postures, and unexpected motions.
K-pop requires regular training. However, they also give an opportunity for self-express, input personal creativity, and get a joy of movement under rhythms of Korean music.
